It only supports 3D Vision, so something to keep in mind if you have a crossfire setup. Will be acquiring a GTX 690 to swap out my 6950s so I can take full advantage of the capabilities.

I had this monitor for exactly four days before it decided to not function anymore. When it did work it was ok, the quality was decent and the 3d worked as it should with the nvidia 3d vision kit even though it did show some significant ghosting issues ...

I always start off with 5 stars and take off stars for certain "cons...Most animated 2D movies or 2D games at 1080p look pretty good without the need for 3D glasses, so at bare minimum 3D depth, it's only slightly better than this, IMHO...Not to say this is really bad, but this monitor has more 3D potential if it wasn't for the significant ghosting when you increase the depth field...

Would really like to see ncix start selling acer's HN274H...It is now planned for North American release in summer 2011 (early July would be a good guess) and it replaces the abandoned PG276H which should have came out last year but which had a strange appearance that was not unanimously appreciated...More work had to be done to make these monitors (VG278H and HN274H) very versatile in their capacity to support a wide range of consumer products such as 3d Blu-ray players, Playstation 3 and be able to converst natively interlaced 3D or side-by-side 3D in page-flipping 3D...The Asus VG278H as it should be is pretty much the Acer HN274H but on a better stand that allows height adjustment...

Review of the 27 Acer HN274H 3D Vision-ready LCD Monitor...The monitor exhibits some input lag, the values measured vary from 0 to 16 ms with an average of about 8 ms, something which is quite good considering that most of the 3D-capable 120Hz monitors do have some input lag anyway...Next comes the question about backlight bleeding, the Acer unit I reviewed has very even backlight with no brighter areas at any of the sides, so the LED backlight is apparently used quite good...As you can see performance is quite good as compared to other monitors, but there is still some crosstalk present (the red in the left corner is just a reflection in the glasses...
