RMA approved, sending back first thing tomorrow. Free Shipping was one of the bigger draws for buying this Monitor. I'm annoyed at the fact that I have to pay shipping on the return of the defective merchandise.

Do NOT buy this monitor if you are gaming. NOT a good gaming monitor. I plan on buying another ACER monitor because I love ACER, but I will definitely take a better look at the reviews next time, not only here on newegg, but on other sites as well.

It has a 1920x1080 resolution, good image quality, etc...Some areas of the screen, blacks look pretty decen't, others, they're an ugly washed out gray, thanks to the backlight, making it so that there is literally not a single good viewing angle, not just limited...This might be an acceptable office monitor, but for extended web-browsing/ entertainment, I wouldn't recommend it...
