Make sure you leave lots of border on your pictures. I had lots of headless people on my first batch of pictures. Also neweggs discription of this fram is 800X480, but no where on the box or the inst. could I find that data.

the resolution is just bad .. you can see the pixels on the picture frame and the color is not so good either .. don't waste your time with this one , you'll find better deals outside at your local costco/bj's wholesaler .. totally disappointed with this ...

Frame turned on, displayed logo, showed two pictures, then stopped.. Powered off, back on, same thing, but now at first picture. Powered off, back on.. now it wont get past the logo. Tried two different cards, different files, different sizes, nothing worked. DOA.

this product being called "high resolution digital photo frame" is really misleading. the picture quality is really poor. pictures shown very well on computer are barely acceptable on this frame. it might be better called " a frame only for high solutions ...

This frame has a very good screen resolution (800x480) for its price range...Overall, in my view if you can live with a few small flaws, it is a good frame with very good resolution at a reasonable price...I knew it wasn't going to be the best digital frame ever, but it seemed like it was a good one for this price range...
