I will be contacting the company and trying to figure out where things went wrong and re-updated the review, but at this juncture I CANNOT recommend these cartridges...Also, as noted above, I would recommend avoiding cartridges that do not come with chips...The second is financial and that is the very reason the color photos look so good...
