Apple - Support - Discussions - Getting movie off of a Canon MVX4i ...

I was wondering if you knew how to get video off of my Canon MVX4i camcorder tape onto my MacBook running on 10.5.6...I also have an MVX4i camcorder and I have no problem in capturing following Ian's instructions...But on my iMac and my MBP I can also use Capture/Clip (after setting the clip IN and OUT points) and I don't need to to set the camera to Play: FCE does it for me when capture starts...
