Defective - Hookswitch Broken Out of Box by Michael Waldron on amazon.com Feb 25, 2012

Wanted to love this phone, but the hookswitch wouldn't register the handset being off-hook. Speakerphone worked fine, and I was able to configure this for use with my SIP provider, Vitelity. Returned to Amazon straight away and opted for a 504G instead.
