A great phone by tch "walrus27" on amazon.com Jan 3, 2011
Bought this for my 91 year old mother who has become quite hard of hearing. The phone does what it's supposed to do. The incoming volume is completely adjustable as well as the tone. The incoming ringer volume is plenty loud enough and has different tone/rings ...

Great phone for elderly by momflorida on walmart.com Jan 9, 2011
Bought this phone for our 94 year-old grandmother. Works beautifully. She can hear very well with this phone. She does not use hearing aides, but should. Makes it easier to have conversations with her. Saw this phone on another website, but it was much ...

Generally works as advertized by FK on buy.com Oct 4, 2010
Bought this for my Mom, who has a hard time keeping her hearing aids in while using the telephone. Was replacement for an awful Sony hearing impaired phone. We already owned an earlier model (XL30 I believe). Generally the phone works well and ...

Great product by William M. Stonestreet "stonestreet" on amazon.com Aug 30, 2010
Great product. Bought for an elderly uncle who hears "just fine" - according to him. However, he couldn't hear people on the phone. With this phone he hears everyone. Large lighted buttons makes it easy to use. When the phone rings, it flashes lights ...

poorly made by Lewis on amazon.com Oct 4, 2011
I received first of these phones, and it was defective. The keyboard did not work at all. Returned it and was given another that worked. Bought a second one, and this one was also defective. Returned it. Poor manufacturing and quality control. Keys ...

Good sound, irritating to use by mb2001 on amazon.com Dec 1, 2010
The sound boost is good, but features don't compare to what you would get if you paid this much money for a normal phone. Particularly annoying are the large keys that look easy to use but require a very careful push on the exact center or they don't ...

64 year ol war combat Veteran by grandpal on amazon.com Apr 27, 2011

The worst phone for hearing impared, ever! by jerome l. grushkin on amazon.com Dec 5, 2010
The phone's boost system did not work. There was a strange noise when someone called. The ringer was too low and the receiver fell when the phone was mounted on the wall. A bad phone!
