Don't buy this product,hard to understand people, sound goes in/out. Amazon sells good products, the service is outstanding. They should try this product for a week and write a review.

I highly recommend this phone for anyone with hearing problems, or easily confused by modern phones with LED displays, small buttons, 2 lines, etc...The sound boost is good, but features don't compare to what you would get if you paid this much money for a normal phone...Aside from that, the phone does what it claims & is good for hard of hearing...

I like everything about this product except the handset sometimes slips when putting it back in position...She can hear very well with this phone...My father is quite hard of hearing and didn't like talking on the phone as a result...
