This device doesn't support playlists whatsoever. There's only a single list that cannot be edited by a software on your computer e.g. Coby Media Manager, Winamp, or any other media player. For an mp3 player lacking such a critical feature, it's totally useless.

This Mp3 did work very well for almost a month,the headphones not made very good. they fell apart four days after receiving it. also I had to return this product because of a defective rechargable battery after three weeks. I hope the new one does not have the same problem when I get it.
