" Recv'd the Dell XPS 15 and was so excited to use it, the laptop would not connect to the internet after an hour on the phone is Dell support found out that this laptop was missing a piece and that is why it wouldn't connect to the internet. Returned back to QVC.

Just to let you all know, I have worked in IT for a living for the last 15 years...I have pushed IT departments at a 3,000 student and a 15,000 student university into becoming Dell exclusive cutomers...On the PC and Notebook fronts, this was helped along by the implosion of Gateway's customer support in the late 90's and early 00's...Macbook Pros run Windows just as well as a Dell but cost more...I can accept this excuse from a consumer, but from an IT person with 15 years of Dell experience...
