I have seen projectors that were brighter and more contrasty, but, really, in a somewhat darkened room the image is really quite good and plenty bright...Sound is quite good for a small to moderate sized room, but if you are using it in a really BIG room (like the Sanctuary), you will need to hook it into some kind of sound reinforcement...The bulb has amazing brightness and the 10w speakers very good...
