What type of company doesn't offer warranty service on a 1 day old product? what company in the right mind expects their customer to make a 6 hour round trip just to drop off a $350 printer and then make a 6 hour round trip to pick it up? Epson is an absolute joke.

We were trying to find a replacement for a discontinued Panasonic forms printer and this appeared to be the one. However, we have had FOUR of these fail out of the box by moving the forms thickness level from 1 to any other setting. Do NOT order this printer if you plan to use multi-part forms.
