Product came sooner than expected, packaging was in good condition. The gps/sonar worked great on my boat. The different features work great for me and it actually catches me fish.

I paid a lot of money for this only to find that it has no usable map included. It advertises a basemap so you think that you're OK. They don't say that this map is useless. When you buy a car GPS it works without paying extra for software to make it ...

The chart plotter is useless without additional software, the pictures you see of it is with the additional software installed. I am not impressed with it with the extra $150 worth of software installed.

I bought this unit thinking it was a good deal for a unit with a base map included. The map is a blur, and there is no definition once you scroll in. Be prepared to buy an additional sd card to get detailed map information like depth, markers, and even creeks.

I also recommend buying the transducer with speed and water temp...Not bad just a little hard to set up the different screens on it...Ease of use is good, you will have to page through a lot to find what you want though...
