I've had some VERY bad luck with HP printers in the last few years, so I am hoping this one turns out to be the charm...If you need to use this for multi page scanning, I would not recommend this product...The e-print works well and was very easy to set up...

I don't think I've owned any electronics that gave me more trouble than the HP 4620...However the HP 4620 makes it as confusing as possible and they don't really offer any trouble shooting resolutions in their owners manual or code break down definition besides what it spits out when it wastes a sheet of paper to tell you the fax didn't go through...
