This thing is unbelievably cheap. Expected to replace it when the ink runs out. I got about a year out of it (maybe a hundred pages), before it refused to pick up paper from the input tray. Buy a Canon or an Epson as HP's quality has gone in the toilet the last 5 years or so...

But nonetheless it’s good for saving ink...I do print a lot, mostly in black text, even though the noisy and smashing, harsh speed is intimidating in draft mode which is practically good at printing the cut-out texts for my lay-outs...I don’t really think going for third-party inks is a bad idea...
