Screen is alright, I'm not a fan of the glassy screens that are common for computers now, but it seems just as good as it's competitors...And, a proper 500GB HD! I can't run around carrying external hard drives since most SSDs are so small -- so it's nice to have a good, old-fashioned HD in here...Feels like a good quality and well thought out product...

Other than that i would recommend it to anyone this was purchased for my 13 year-old for homework and gaming...usable on a plane in coach when the person in front has tilted their seat back! (13 inch models can be problematic in this regard.) The screen has good definition and is a vast improvement over my last computer...This computer has a very good battery life, more than 6 hours although I have not timed it exactly...
