I purchased this computer on a Saturday on Sunday certain buttons on the keyboard did not work. I called the Staples support I was swindled into buying and then was told to call HP. Called HP an hour of tech support and have to send the computer in. What a waste!

Comfortable Keyboard Quality Display Slow After doing some research and considering the price I ordered 2 of these laptops...While the quality of the machine was definately better than my old Dell (those of you that have owned Dell can probably attest to thier quality decline in recent yrs) and I know there are many factors that determine performance; I'd say overall performance seemed about the same...Both have 4GB of memory but that's where I'd expect the comparison to end...
