The overall performance is excellent, however instructions on how to use the different functions is lacking. The Regis Pro 12 scanning software performance however is less than I expected but is improved over my old HP Inkjet All-in-One machine. Overall the value is very good.

Works great. Only qualm is that when it goes into standby it will fail to scan. Usually I just push a button on the printer before I scan, or print something first (to bring ti out of standby) and it works fine.
