We need a heavy-duty simple Laser Printer without Bells and Whistles for printing of reports. I like the speed and quality along with the 500 sheet paper tray. This printer has raves from everyone in the office. I have had NO problems with this printer. I wish I had purchased it long before now.

Prints very slowly from a networked PC. The 7-year printer we replaced was much faster. HP customer support non-existent on weekends, so if you are running a business that operates outside of HP's bankers' hours and you need support, then you are out of luck.
