The Product came very well packaged and protected in two containers one inside the other. I was impressed with the ease of installation and programming with othe components. We had the Unit completely up and watching one of our favorite movies within One hour of unpackaging. The Sound is Great.

Make sure that you have an optical output on your TV if you want to connect more than one system with surround sound because this product only has an optical input and a hdmi output. If not then you will have to keep switching the optical cord to get surround sound for each system.

It has limited cable output. I wasn't able to connect all my gadget. End up returning it and the sounds not strong enough kinda pitchy. I just kept my old ones.

I never received this item. After waiting a week, I called the company, Electronic Express, and they told me that they only had 2 opened boxes left. They couldn't call to let me know that?
