Please delete/lock this if this thread is considered irrelevant as the y470 is similar to the y460p...My y470 was originally 949 but i got a 854 quote from the rep, but since that cancelled on me I ordered it again and the base price dropped to 850 and I found a 10% off coupon and paid 760 ish...
