After several hours of researching a cheap gaming laptop, I found this one. No complaints. Plays Heroes of Newerth on medium graphics, runs all adobe/office programs. Can't wait to test if it will run Diablo 3. If you can get your hands on one, its worth it.

I called newegg first and they were great, they offered to ship me a new laptop, same make and model, and since this problem and the Wi-Fi problem is so common i was afraid if i got sent a new one it would also be busted so I opted for a repair from Lenovo.

I checked it out fully as I'm a computer tech with 20+ years experience and it was fine. Since it was a last minute order that was being shipped abroad, I decided to send it anyway even though it was used. Newegg will be losing a lot of sales from me for sure after this experience.
