They have sent me 3 machines in the past 3 months and the problem of paper jams is still there. I believe that it is an issue with the machine itself. I would not recommend this product to anyone. We also have a Xerox printer and it has only jammed 6 timed in the past 4 months.

tech support is easy to reach The machine jams constantly...I would not recommend this product to anyone...We also have a Xerox printer and it has only jammed 6 timed in the past 4 months...
