--I was very irritated about the first broken printer, but Lexmark did a great job replacing the printer. Since the replacement, I've had zero problems. Network printing is flawless...copier is great...scanner is a good option...can't comment on the fax, as I've not used it.

I had to call tech support and there is NO WAY I could have done it otherwise, it required an additional download and a code!
