Citrix Forums : Duplex not available on Lexmark x646e ...

I dont want to have to do this for everyone plus I dont want to have to give then access...On their local PC they can select the duplex option no problem but when they print in Citrix the duplex option is greyed out...The local machines are printing via a windows print server...
