this is a 2012 model. Been very happy with it so far. Good range, good audio. Speaker is loud but not screamingly so. My only complaint is that it dials a bit too slow but that could be Ooma's problem. Voice caller id comes standard. No regrets.

This is my Birthday gift to an 80 yrs, old Sis or a Nun. She love it. She has not open yet because she was busy @ school she is still teaching kids @ church. She wants me to go to her house and plug it for her. I guess @ this age it is different from old phone to modern phone. Thank you.

The base speaker, handset speaker, handset earpiece and microphone all provide good quality sound...Not outstanding but good) When my wife calls me from this phone it sounds as though she is in the bathroom...It's not bad but it could be better...
