Very sad to return this unit as it looks great, but call quality via Iphone 4s is terrible even in areas with a good signal and where I talk on the cell phone just fine. I'm hoping Panasonic can offer some sort of a solution.

Highly recommended and still worth 5-stars! Pros: Easy to set up because most of the defaults were appropriate...I am in the process of setting up the "Home" phone book...Cons (At least as compared to the old VTech phones) - DECT 6.0 is supposed to provide better sound quality, but I'm not convinced as the new phones seem to have a constant "static hiss/noise" that I'd never really noted in the Vtechs...
