your service is only as good as your equipment and this is the best quality equipment on the market! I purchased five of these along with the base unit and couldn't be happier...Highly recommended! It seems like a pretty nice system...I don't really have any complaints other than I wish it was shock and splash resistant like the other model we have but I guess you cant have everything...overall a great phone...
