The phone is simple and has volume control for the ringer as well as the receiver. We are enjoying it. The only thing I was surprised that it did NOT have was MOH music on hold as did the KX tg4500 did?

I purchased this phone since I needed an additional phone, I already own 3. One of the nice features about this phone is the simplicity and ease of programming it. Simple instructions, plug it in let it charge and then push a couple of buttons and your good to go!

I bought this product for my office. I have not been able to use the speaker phone at all. The other caller does not hear me and so I always have to be able to pick up the phone. Can not be used during conference call if your hands are busy typing or holding a pen...!

After exchanging this phone twice for refurbished ones, they all have the same speakerphone problem, and Panasonic has essentially said "tough luck...not our problem...I would not recommend this product under ANY circumstance...Keypad is Good and LCD Screen is Very Good and the Menu is Intuitive...
