The video and audio quality is VERY good even on the 'remote' or slave display and the viewing angle is wide enough that it is easy to see from the middle seat...I ordered this because we travel to SC, Disney, and GA every summer from NJ - 2500 miles overall - with our 7-year-old and our 2-year-old...I would definitely recommend these dvd players!!! It worked in our Honda Pilot, so I can assume it would work in any SUV/minivan that had 3 rows of seats...
