350w rms and it hits hard!! no probs with this amp and it doesnt use much power eather i highly recomend it :) I recently had my 800w pioneer go bad...I actually have it wired to 1ohm which isn't really recommended but it keeps up and stays trucking even on long road trips...I say if you're looking in this wattage range for a really good and really reasonably priced amplifier shop no further and just click add to cart already...
