I love how the top lights up BRIGHT RED when I'm on the phone...This should have been a great product, but based upon the two significant shortcomings I mentioned, I cannot recommend it for purchase...There is no way to disable the noise-canceling circuitry.) The Plantronics T20 Headset Telephone is a two-line phone designed for conference calls...I bought the T20 over the T10 because it was not clear that the T10 had a noise cancelling microphone, but after more research (after buying the product of course :) ) the T10 has what's needed...

After 3 months of owning I have confirmed this phone in fact "hums" people on other side hear it too...Like the energizer bunny, it keeps on going & going & going...An AT&T 993 dual line corded phone, paired with a Panasonic KX-TCA60 headset covers all the features in this Plantronics phone, as well as all the features missing from it...
