Only gave it 4 stars because the instructions said the speakers should come with gasket stickers, but none were provided. The speakers sound great and look great in the drop-in ceiling too!

I haven't had a chance to listen to the speakers yet, but the price was right. One screw was missing from a speaker, but I found it in the box.
 
these are 4 ohm, not 8 by SDS on amazon.com Aug 8, 2008
product arrived quickly. but when i opened the package i noticed that they were 4 ohm. i needed 8 ohm like the ad said. so i returned them. return process was easy and i was refunded promptly.

All that said, for $30 used plus installation materials (speaker wire, waterproof sealant/caulk, plywood & screws) and my time/effort setting them up, they're good enough for non-critical listening in my bathroom that I don't plan on replacing them any time soon...If you need moisture-resistant ceiling speakers for cheap and don't care too much about sound quality or efficiency, these can do the job...I would definitely NOT recommend these speakers for outdoor locations! product arrived quickly...
