Great phone, but if you're looking for caller id, this model does NOT have it...You can do call transfers, conferencing, page, redial, speakerphone, assign diverse rings to different lines, and a dozen or so other things we don't use...We use a separate, inexpensive recorder in combination with the phone comapany rollover function...
