Good value at low cost. Shipped on time and the product headphones work fine. Hope they last long. Compatible with devices having standard 3.5 mm headphone jack.

They cannot help u if u go a minute over an hour as a new customer. Corporate office have no phone numbers to contact for customer service. I was charged to exchanged the phone I had just purchased two days prior. METRO PCS SUCKS AND THE SAMSUNG CRAFT.

This phone is a waste of 299.00 dollars and then to think you would have to pay an additional 80 just to replace it with another rebuilt piece of crap. This phone is worthless, I will nevery buy or support anything Metro PCS again.

Phone is horrible for the price you pay at metro pcs! a complete waste of money. My opinion is just get a android from the metro cheaper and technology is much much better. The craft is using the same technology as a phone that was made in 2007! this phone is not a Smartphone at all

I got these earphones because I was tired of having to take out my regular earphones just to answer a call...The placing of the mic closer to the face was a pretty good feature, but could become irritating to have it dangling so close...Not bad for this price if you use it to make calls...
