I'm gonna miss these by Curtis H. Folts on amazon.com Jun 25, 2012
I'm a techno-dinosaur and I hate touch screens. I inevitably hang up on the person as I try to answer the call. Give me a good flip-phone with a simple camera any day. The Samsung Factor is stone-simple, reliable and easy to read and use.

Great phone for basics by DAN the MAN on radioshack.com Sep 25, 2011
Good phone for making & receiving calls & texting. Have had this phone for 4 months and haven't had a single problem. The no contract plan w/ diminishing premiums is great. I'm a SAMSUNG and BOOSTMOBILE customer that is very pleased with both!

Boost mobile by Robert DeLay on amazon.com May 30, 2012
Boost Mobile has the worst service I have ever seen. They no longer use other carriers cell towers and now are building their own. Cell reception is lousy. If and when you are lucky to get cell tower reception it's poor at best. Don't waste your money on Boost Mobile. Find a better provider.

Pick Another One! Especially if you text by Linda on radioshack.com Nov 4, 2011

Barely adequate for a short while... by MariaP on amazon.com Jul 10, 2012
I've had this phone for a little over a month, and it is already dead. It won't take a charge from either its own charger or any of the 8 other Samsung chargers my family has lying around the house. It worked with all of them prior to a week ago. My ...

I don't recommend you do either unless you're a drug dealer or spy and planning to use it for an hour or a day or so...Give me a good flip-phone with a simple camera any day...This phone to me is a good basic phone...

Samsung Factor No-Contract Phone for Boost Mobile : No contract cell phones | RadioShack.com
Durable Easy To Use Great Features Lightweight Simple Controls Strong Signal Good phone for making & receiving calls & texting...Saving $$$ is Good!! I'm sure some of the more expensive phones available would work just fine, but I've been unimpressed with the Samsung Factor, so far.On a positive note, I used it to travel from Texas to North Carolina, and had GREAT service the whole time...The inner screen was simply a bright white with no imaging at all...I can't say that I would recommend the Samsung Factor...
