Great No-Frills Monitor by radnads02 on newegg.com May 20, 2010
Great monitor. Replaced a 20" Viewsonic 1680X1050 (and is a definite upgrade on all fronts). Picture is very crisp and vivid. Text is easy to read. Movies and games look lively. The "dynamic contrast" option that the monitor has built-in needs some work ...

Nice bang for the buck by Benfea on newegg.com Mar 22, 2010
Just bought this yesterday at retail and am upgrading from a 21.6 inch Samsung 1680x1050 monitor (223BW, I think). I can't rate the quality of the stand since I never put it on (attached it to an existing desk mount). The touch-buttons are gimmicky ...

Awesome Gaming Display by Bobby on newegg.com May 4, 2010
I'd buy another one just for the shear awesomeness this computer brings to my setup. I purchased this monitor in conjunction with an EVGA GTX 470 SC to see how well the card and colors would look at high rates of speed. For the $200 I spent, this has ...

Superb Monitor by N/A on newegg.com Apr 29, 2010
You better make sure you have the desktop space for it. The Rose Black has a touch to it. I also like the touch controls to it. Would definitely recommend to anyone. By the way whoever said it doesnt work with Win7 64-bit, thats what I have and I have ...

never buying monitor online again by N/A on newegg.com May 20, 2010
No monitor I have ever owned has came with a dead pixel or developed one after years of ownership. I don't understand why any is acceptable, especially right out of the factory. You wouldn't buy a monitor at a store with a dead pixel, why is it acceptable to have 7 from newegg.

Bad News by TheHook on newegg.com Apr 28, 2010
The display has a big stick-on label saying it is fully compatible with Windows 7. That is wrong. Also the stand tilts the monitor forward at a ridiculous angle and I have yet to find any way to adjust it. Normally you want a monitor to tilt backward ...

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! by magoo on newegg.com Jun 29, 2010
What is samung trying to tell us? that they wont stand behind their product after 1 year cause it has a high probability to fail? thats what it seems like to me. i have bought 3 LG monitors and 1 asus in place of samsung for warranty alone. way to go samsung.

Followup To Bad News by The Hook on newegg.com Apr 29, 2010
This monitor was obviously designed to be a low end monitor that can be produced as cheap as possible and Samsung has achieved this. You can buy equal quality for much less.
