Ok at first, 6 month later not happy by DJ on amazon.com Jan 20, 2012
Got an error #2 after 6 months. I read this meant it's a fuser error. We didn't work it that hard. We were very gentle w/ it, so not sure why we would get such an error. Ended up replacing w/ a different brand. On the plus side, it did do good quality scans.

I run a small business and needed a good printer to handle scanning documents, faxing documents and general printing...I use it for all my accounts payable and recievables and the contrast and clarity is really good for B&W...The only thing I would recommend is lightly cleaning the upper rollers with a diluted solution of water and rubbing alchohol once every 1,000 pages if you scan like I do...
