once i was done i unplugged it and tried to turn it off and it wouldn't turn off.i finally got it to turn off by using the sleep timer and then it wouldnt turn back on unless plugged into computer .the volume buttons didnt work either...to be fair i think the mp3 player would be a good one but the service by sandisk is terrible...I bought this and synced it to my computer and started transferring songs to it...
