have a friend who bought a 46" Sceptre LCD two years ago and he loves it and it has been great, with a fantastic picture. Anyone who knows anything or does their research would know that Sceptre has been making computer monitors for many, many years, so they are NOT new to the desplay business.

Was small and sound quality was very poor. Sound sounded like it was coming out of tin can. Turned off all treble and pumped up bass and still sounded bad. Took TV back and purchased larger Phillips TV.

returned this to the store. I knew the minute I turned it on I was not keeping it. The sound is horrible. It is worse than listening to am radio. It did have a very good picture though. Purchased a Magnovox for about $50 more and it is awesome .

Not good for watching an HD movie unless you have an external stereo for it...I recommend adding some kind of sound system with it, but that is the case with ANY flat-screen TV...The sound is good but not excellent...
