I purchased this to replace a Samsung player that died. This unit loads Blu-Rays much faster which is good when a 2 year old wants to watch Cars for the 10th time. I have no complaints about this unit and will be purchasing a Sharp Aquos tv in the future.

Do not buy this. It constantly freezes and when it does work it's not very responsive. It also make a whining sound when playing blu-rays. I've tried to contact sharp about the problems, but the never respond. I'd suggest going with Sony on Samsung.
