I ordered 70 of these phones as part of a Switchvox deployment at my company...One phone electrocuted its user right through his ear (this is not a joke - the phone zapped him through the microphone on the handset, and then it went dead and wouldn't turn on until it sat for a while...Not as pretty, but everything works as advertised, the speakerphone is fantastic, and it integrates better with Switchvox...

Snom 821 Provisioning on SnomONE - snom ONE forum
I've disconnected our test 821, deleted the extension's folder within Generated, restarted the PBX service and booted the phone...The ultimate goal here is to be able to have a custom config file for 821 phones that we can deploy on multiple snomONE systems...I just realized our file naming convention is different than pbxnsip's post above...
