Great system! by Mark Krupilski on amazon.com Jun 14, 2012
I bought this system and after 1 day, it blew me away. I have 2 other Bose systems that cost a lot more and I listen to this system the most. The sound is spread around room and it's crisp and clean. The entire thing took less than 3 minutes to set ...

Happy with the purchase by MaryIM on amazon.com Jun 27, 2012
Was nervous about ordering a sound system to be shipped from Amazon ... the product arrived swiftly and safely. Set-up was easy (like the color-coded designations for the speakers). The system is connected to our new 70" Sony TV in our Greatroom and we are very pleased with the sound quality.

So far so good by Rawhide on amazon.com Jun 10, 2012
Easy to set up. Really liked the overall value with integrated 5.1, bluray, two hdmi input (which is really like three because bluray is integrated), and wireless back speakers. I have three of these systems set up in one house -- the wireless back ...

Could been better by Przem on amazon.com Jun 22, 2012
Very nice system. Sound quality is good and setup pretty much straight forward. One thing I'm not a fan of is there is no multitasking. I can't look through anything or choose a next song while listening to a song. I have to stop the current song and ...

Junk right out of the box and NO Support - DON'T BUY SONY! by J. R. Holden "USMC Veteran" on amazon.com May 31, 2012
Purchased this item, along with a brand new Sony 55" HD TV. The Blu-ray player and sound system installed easily and quickly. After about 30 minutes it told me it needed to perform a software update (I had already connected it to my WiFi). The update ...

Glen K. by Glen L. Kendall on amazon.com Jun 21, 2012
This unit had all the stuff good things are made of until you play it! The volume was not as loud as you might expect for a 1,000 watt unit. It is not compatible with a DVR, when you fast forward or backup the program several times you will hear a clicking ...

Amazon.com: Customer Reviews: Sony BDVN790W Blu-ray Home Theater Systems
It plays .MKVs good at 1080 and file sizes 9GB...The included remote is slow, but the Android app is pretty good, however the qwerty seems flaky and does not work with Netflix, so searching Netflix is a pain! Sound: Is robust for these little speakers and appears clean at full volume...The fan noise is audible, but not too bad...
