Got this surround sound system as a simple upgrade for my parents. The system is great for its price. Nice size speakers. Just the right set up for what my parents have and use it for. And B&H had the best price around.

Works fine for my studio apt... Not too loud - is not disturbing my neighbors but no compromise with theater sound... Easy to set up with color coded speaker cables which took only 2-3 mins ... Could have been better if they would have provided more ...

This has to be one of the easiest electronics I've ever setup. The color coding for the speakers is convenient. The long speaker wires didn't make it an issue or limit where I could put them. The remote works well. I was intimidated about buying my first surround sound but not anymore!

I bought this item because I needed a little more volume from my TV, and I wanted a richer sound. It's not a top-of-the-line system, but it does the job pretty well. Not premium sound by any means. Very limited on input options also. For what I paid for it, it's great.

Just bought this home theater. This unit says that it plays 5 discs, but it does not. I am disappointed with that. I would not have bought it had I known this. The advertising is wrong, beware!

All speakers came with a good amount of wire, and surprisingly, the rear speakers came with about 50' of wire...Good thing, since the inputs in the back of the receiver use specialized connectors, so making your own would be difficult...For the price, I think this is a good deal with one caveat...
