I have been able to use the view mode button manually with no problem. The buttons all seem to be a little stiff, so it might be necessary to hold it down for a couple of seconds, and be sure it has clicked down all the way. I really like this frame. ...

Sony has written in their web site that this model has Bluetooth� Technology but this model does not have Bluetooth� Technology. One Sony tech. guy said this model does not have Bluetooth� Technology. They will remove this features from their web site. Very Bad. Don't purchase this - costly model.
