I like the compact size and normal keyboard. I don't have to use a touch screen to try to type, but I CAN use the touch screen if I want to. I guess it might be better if it had android, but it works just fine for calls and messaging, and quick lookups on the web like gas prices.

The phone is very handy and compact. The keyboard is nice. But the case is slippery. The slide mechanism was difficult to operate. It would take some effort to keep the phone from jumping from my grasp when trying to slide the keyboard from the screen portion of the phone.

I bought this phone because it was small, cute and had all the features I needed. If you do not use phone for 30-60 min, it drops first incoming / outgoing call. will try to return.
