Bought this as an alternative to the "Qwest-approved" modems that they like to rent or sell to you. So far it works flawlessly with their network. Note however you do need some info about your ISP and ATM provider, such as VPI/VCI, encapsulation type, ...

Seems like a nice unit, bought it to replace my old "2Wire" modem, which still worked ok most of the time...I finally went to Fry's and bought a different brand for about $20 more but it works...Live in a area where my iPhone can't get 3G So connection without wi-fi makes the iPhone useless...

Would have worked straight out of the box if AT&T wouldn't have told me to change my VPI and VCI numbers...Note however you do need some info about your ISP and ATM provider, such as VPI/VCI, encapsulation type, etc...Then, test it with "ShieldsUP" or a similar service...
