Too bad the guys at the Toshiba Factory were on a smoke break when mine rolled by on the conveyor -- the DVD drive didn't work...after several painful calls, I had to send it (at MY EXPENSE with NO compensation other than it was still under warranty -- duh, I had just bought it) to them to fix, replace or whatever they did to make it function properly...It works now and I'm just trying to 4get the whole mess...
