Apparently this product is only available for replacement. I would rather be refunded, though, and get something else. Not at all impressed, and in fact, quite unhappy with this laptop - even if it's replaced with a non-lemon.

Lightweight Within the first week of owing this computer, Toshiba tech support had me reformat it twice - causing complete data loss...Laptop is very light (3.2 pounds) and performs great...I guess if you were a hardcore gamer the lack of uber-powerful graphics card could be a stumbling block (however, gamers likely wouldn't buy a 13" screen...
