The phone certainly looks nice, voice quality when talking to some one is fine. Now the proverbial "BUT" The answering portion of this machine is sub par, it is terrible! ECHOS, SCREECHES and SQUEALS on playback of message left. Save your time and money, look elsewhere for a phone.

I highly recommend this to my fellow seniors and those with sight or hearing problems...Didn't keep packaging, etc., so will just chalk it up to a bad decision, as I have ordered a Panasonic offering the same options...We've always had good luck with Panasonic...

Overall I would say its a good product...Good amplification but not when in speaker mode...I have NEVER had any problems what so ever with ANY Uniden product I have ever owned!!! Very good phone...
