remote has been flaky since day one. Worked with Vizio tech support on it a couple of times. remote is now completely dead and Vizio will not honor the warranty. Poor customer service, IMO. I will be purchasing future TVs from companies that actually honor their warranty.

Great TV, but the remote has been flaky. After a few calls to tech support the remote worked for awhile and now has died. And now Vizio is not honoring the warranty. Be careful...awful customer support after the sale!! And a new remote is $60. Keep that in mind.

It's not a "bad" TV but i took it back because it was an unecessary purchase that i just didn't need...I would recommentd Vizio to anyone shopping for a good TV at a reasonable price...The only cons I have are that the sound is not that great, but that's not a big deal...
